I expected this book would be a sales pitch but it was jam packed with step by step advice to create a sales webinar, generate more leads, and close high ticket coaching clients. Even as someone who doesn’t sell coaching, I felt there were so many things that were applicable, that I’ve forgotten in marketing or I’ve gotten lazy about. And, definitely some new ideas too. A bit surprised to say I highly recommend this to anyone selling online - especially if you do or want to do webinars.
Russell is great at explaining the basics of sales, storytelling, buyer psychology, and webinars. This book would be dangerous in the hands of the wrong people! A lot of it is manipulation that you can rationalize as “providing incredible valueâ€. I’m not skeptical of the sales tactics. 100% they will work! I am skeptical about the author’s influences. He’s chums with Perry Belcher. He was notorious for online fraud (supplement industry). He scammed millions of people. Russell works with Frank Kerns to, Tony Robbins’ Internet marketer. Pure snake oil there. I can’t figure out why such a nice guy like Russell keeps this company and employs their online tactics. It’s what he teaches.There are plenty of ways to get rich. You have to ask if what you’re doing is truly ethical. News flash: not everyone that uses ClickFunnels is successful--that's what 's implied though. But if you incentivize them to sell it (generous affiliate program) and highlight the minority of them they earn the Gold Record trophies, this company will only get bigger. That’s fantastic marketing and the details are in this book.It is my hope that the incentives of his program change to something more philanthropic and the marketing under emphasizes mass manipulation. It would be better if people knew if what they were peddling in their own business was actually valuable (not just perceived value). But as human nature proves, most people don’t care about that. Countless products used with ClickFunnels and marketed by “Experts†are in fact useless. I’ve bought them! That’s just how effective this book is.I'm not saying that Russell should turn into a business ethics teacher. However, from being in the online business space for a decade, I can say it's only become more cluttered with low-value infoproducts that make people a lot of money partly due to incredible marketing systems like ClickFunnels. Add a compelling sales spiel to the mix and that's online gold. But do we really need all of that? I hope people with a proven product that truly does help people find this book. I hope philanthropies find this book. I just don't want wannabe's who only have their eye on money and materialism find this book. But that's the nature of free enterprise.
Russell Brunson is the man. I can't believe he tells everybody this information for the cost of the book. But since most of his products are information products (minus Click Funnels), it makes sense that he gives out so much information. His book is actually part of his sales funnel, and everything he says in this book is true and it works.This book is especially useful if you already have a business and you're looking to improve your sales. If you already have a product, then you've already jumped over the biggest hurdle. Everything else is easy, you just have to do it.
That was my thought after thinking that I only payed 8 bucks for this book. The value Russell share in this book is ridiculous compare with the price we are paying for. This book is incredible for Marketers, Sales people, Entrepreneurs and Online Influencers. Even my mom can benefit from this content! :)
A great read for any entrepreneur! I found myself being challenged to think throughout the entire book. I work in real estate so thought I could apply this book to help my clients earn more money. His concepts are simple, he lays out a step-by-step plan and gives you scripts. It's up to me to apply it now.I highly recommend this book especially if you work in the areas of finance, real estate or relationships! I've read it once, now I'll read it again.
Best book ever for marketing your business. And not just for online marketing. This book goes into so much detail and is perfect for any business. How to tell stories to make sales. How to be the EXPERT in your Niche. I read it in 2 days and now i'm ready to read it again and follow all the steps. This is a book to study and not just read.
This book seems pretty interesting, but many pages are missing on the Kindle edition I just got. I'm gonna have to wait for a fix to read it, and maybe up the score to 5 stars!
Russell Brunson is so high capacity that he can put complex processes together into logical steps. I have no clue how to implement the steps in his book, but I’m going back and taking the secrets one by one and implementing them one at a time. It all makes so much sense.
